BOOK

JOHN

TO SPEAK

With over 15 years as a depth psychotherapist, a decade in the music industry, and a lifelong devotion to inner work, John brings a rare blend of insight, artistry, and grounded wisdom to keynote audiences around the world.

His talks invite courageous self-inquiry, the integration of shadow, and the expansion of consciousness—not as lofty ideals, but as lived, embodied paths toward transformation in every area of life.

MEET JOHN

John is and will always be an intense, curious, passionate individual.

John’s first career was a professional musician—a journey that brought him into intimate contact with both the seductions of the spotlight and the darker currents of his own self-destructive patterns.

In the quiet of his therapist’s office, as fatherhood remade him, John began the long work of turning inward—recovering what had been severed and discovering truths once hidden from view. A journey, he says, that never really ends.

This descent marked the beginning of a new path: to walk beside others as they descend into their own depths—guiding them through the long work of self-knowledge, integration, and becoming. His task is not to offer answers, but to accompany, as they learn that healing lives not beyond suffering, but at its very heart.

John holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate in Jungian Psychology. He hosts The Sacred Speaks, a podcast nearing 800,000 downloads, where the realms of psyche, soul, and the sacred are explored with depth and care. Alongside his wife, Leila-Scott Price, he co-founded The Center for Healing Arts and Sciences—a home for integrative healing rooted in both science and spirit. He contributes to the Esalen Institute and serves as President of the Board at the Jung Center of Houston.

If you feel the ache for something more—for meaning that isn’t performative, for conversations that matter, for a way of living that connects your inner life to the world around you—then you’re not alone. This isn’t a program or a formula. It’s a process. A way of seeing. A way of being.

Together, we engage the questions that modern life taught us to avoid: How do I meet my suffering without bypassing it? What parts of me have been exiled? What does it mean to walk a path of initiation?

This work is not about arriving. It’s about relationship—learning to relate to yourself, to others, and to the Mystery with presence, humility, and care. What’s offered here is a shared path: the long work of meeting what is unknown, transforming in its presence, weaving what was severed back into wholeness, and becoming something truer than we imagined.
